ACI was excited to be represented by Tim James, our Director of Business Development, and Mark Frye, our Next Gen Digital Fires Network and Transport (DFNT) Program Manager, at the U.S. Army’s TEM11 conference. The event, hosted by the Program Executive Office (PEO) C3T brought together thought leaders and innovators, from both the commercial and government spaces to discuss the technological landscape for the War Fighter of 2030, 2040, and beyond.
Tim and Mark had the opportunity to participate in discussions that will impact the future of warfare. The spotlight was on cutting-edge technology, adaptive strategies, and a relentless pursuit of excellence within focus areas in:
- C2 on the Move: Command and control (C2) capabilities are no longer static. They’re dynamic, agile, and adaptable. Attendees explored how our forces can stay connected while on the move, making split-second decisions that tip the scales in their favor.
- Mission Partner Environment: Collaboration is the heartbeat of modern warfare. The Army’s network must foster interoperability with joint forces, allies, and partners. Forum participants took a deep dive into creating a mission partner environment that transcends borders.
- Electromagnetic Signature Management: Stealth matters. The Army’s network must operate silently, leaving minimal traces. Experts in the field discussed managing electromagnetic signatures, ensuring our forces remain elusive yet effective.
- Data and Network Security: In an era of cyber threats, security is paramount. Security professionals explored new ideas focused on encryption, authentication, and robust defenses against adversaries.
ACI’s was excited to be a part of the discussion and reaffirm our commitment to simplicity, agility, and rapid development, which perfectly aligns with the Army’s vision for the future. ACI stands ready to help shape the future of defense technology and we look forward to being a part of the next chapter. Stay tuned for what lies ahead!
