At ACI we don’t just promise results. Our dedicated team of Field Services Engineers (FSEs) are on the ground, with the warfighter, delivering results every day. Recently Brian King and Joe Alexander, two of ACI’s best FSEs had the opportunity to support the 3rd Security Force Assistance Brigade (3SFAB) during JRTC rotation 03-24 at Fort Johnson, LA.
In the dynamic landscape of today’s battlefield, connectivity is paramount. Ensuring that each end user has an accurate common operating picture, and the ability to share real time information, is vital to success. ACI was on hand to ensure that every end user device (EUD) was equipped with the latest software and plugins. This allowed each user to better understand their environment in real time, giving them an edge over their competition.
In addition to onsite technical support, ACI was able to provide hands on training and instruction. ACI’s world class FSEs were able to ensure each user had the knowledge they needed to navigate the digital battlefield in a rigorous training environment. Embedding our FSEs with the training unit allowed ACI to provide hands-on training and education during live training, when it matters most.
At ACI the job doesn’t end when we provide new equipment to our customers. That’s just the beginning. ACI will continue to take part in training events like JRTC, as we provide world class on-site support to our customers, and we look forward to continuing those relationships well into the future!
