Aaron is a long standing ACI employee who has supported Sandia National Laboratory for 22 years. He oversees all ACI electrical and mechanical designers. He also interfaces with Sandia clients, directs employee work assignments, oversees new employee training, and provides overall manpower planning.
Recently Aaron engineered new manufacturing processes to implement Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DFMA) tools for electrical and mechanical design staff by teaming extensively with the production agency that eliminated costly design errors typically not discovered until the manufacturing process. The result of these advances not only significantly improved deliverables, but also compressed training time, and led to the modification of existing rules and the generation of new processes and tool sets.
Because of these efforts, Aaron’s team received the 2024 Employee Recognition Award (ERA) from the President of Sandia which celebrates exceptional individual and team success in a multitude of different categories. And now ACI is happy to recognize his professionalism and commitment to excellence as the ACI July 2024 Employee of the Month.
