Daryl Thies: President

Daryl has nearly 30 years of experience bringing order to complex, multifaceted organizations through career service in the Army. He has led ACI’s business development and strategic growth initiatives for seven years.

As ACI’s president, Daryl charts the company’s long-term operating plan while directing the day-to-day of our staff guided by ACI’s mission, vision, and values. Daryl is a highly adaptive, thoughtful, and innovative leader. His ability to synthesize large amounts of information, distill it to its most critical parts, create a simple and effective approach, and communicate a game plan to diverse teams is his hallmark. One of Daryl’s favorite activities is enjoying the outdoors with family and friends.
